A priest who returned from Babylonian captivity with Zerubbabel and sealed the covenant with Nehemiah.

Ginnethon was one of the chief priests who returned from Babylonian exile with Zerubbabel. He was among those who sealed the covenant under Nehemiah to walk in God's law. His son Meshullam served as a priest during the time of the high priest Joiakim.
