Terms of Use

By accessing or using Crusade Bible (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your account with others.

Registered users must provide accurate and complete information. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and meet the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction. Guest users may browse and read without registering, but certain features require account creation.

All highlights, notes, bookmarks, and settings are private and accessible only to your account. You retain ownership of your user-generated content, but by saving content in the App, you grant us permission to store and process it as needed to provide our services. We do not share your content with other users or third parties, except as required by law.

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and trademarks of Crusade Bible are the exclusive property of Crusade Bible and its licensors. All rights are reserved. “Crusade Bible” and associated branding are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written consent.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crusade Bible, its developers, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: Your use of or access to the App, Your violation of these Terms, Your violation of any rights of another, or Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The App and all content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Crusade Bible and its developers expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crusade Bible and its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iii) content or conduct of any third party on the App; or (iv) any other matter relating to the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may delete your account at any time via the settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crusade Bible is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of New South Wales, Australia, except where prohibited by law. The arbitration shall be conducted confidentially, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations related to the App.
