☩Death in Battle
Reba was one of the five kings of the Midianites who were slain by the children of Israel in their avenging expedition against Midian for leading Israel into sin at Baal-peor. The five kings—Evi, Rekem, Zur, Hur, and Reba—are described as 'dukes of Sihon, dwelling in the country.' Balaam the prophet also fell in this battle. The account appears in Numbers 31:8 and is referenced in Joshua 13:21.
