Priestly Course

The first Bilgah was the head of the fifteenth division among the twenty-four priestly courses for temple service, as arranged by David.

Another Bilgah was a priest (or priestly family) who returned from Babylon with Zerubbabel and Jeshua. He is perhaps the same as Bilgai who sealed the covenant with Nehemiah.
