Biblical References

The dromedary was prized for its speed in traveling and carrying messages. Solomon received dromedaries among his tribute. Isaiah prophesied that dromedaries of Midian and Ephah would bring gold and incense to Zion. Jeremiah compared Israel's unfaithfulness to a swift dromedary traversing her ways.
