Burial Place

Zelah was a city in the territory of Benjamin, notable as the site of the family tomb of Kish, Saul's father. After David gave the bones of Saul and Jonathan (recovered from Jabesh-gilead) proper burial, they were interred in this tomb along with the bones of the seven descendants executed by the Gibeonites.
