Poti-Pherah was the priest of On whose daughter Asenath became Joseph's wife.

Joseph's Father-in-Law

When Pharaoh elevated Joseph to second in command over Egypt, he gave him Asenath, daughter of Poti-Pherah, priest of On (Heliopolis), as his wife. Through her, Joseph had two sons: Manasseh and Ephraim. The name means 'he whom Ra (the sun god) has given.'
