Phaseah (also Paseah) was the ancestor of a family of Nethinim who returned from the Babylonian exile.

The children of Phaseah were among the Nethinim (temple servants) whose descendants returned from Babylon. A descendant named Jehoiada, son of Paseah, helped repair the Old Gate of Jerusalem.
