'These are the sons of Reuel Esau's son; duke Nahath, duke Zerah, duke Shammah, duke Mizzah' (Genesis 36:13, 17). Mizzah was son of Reuel and grandson of Esau, becoming a 'duke' (clan chief) of Edom. His name appears in both Genesis and Chronicles genealogies (1 Chronicles 1:37).
