Son of Asher

Ishui was a son of Asher, from whom the Ishuite family descended. He is listed among those who went to Egypt with Jacob. His descendants formed one of the clans of the tribe of Asher.

Son of Saul

Another Ishui was a son of King Saul, listed between Jonathan and Melchi-shua. He is apparently the same as Abinadab mentioned elsewhere. He likely died with Saul and Jonathan at the battle of Mount Gilboa.
