Summary
Hashbadana was one of the men who stood at Ezra's left hand while he read the law to the assembled people in Jerusalem.

Hashbadana is mentioned among those who stood on the wooden platform with Ezra during the public reading of the law after the return from Babylon. He was probably a Levite who assisted in this significant moment of national renewal. Six men stood on Ezra's right and seven on his left, including Hashbadana, as the law was read and explained to the people.
