One of the sons of Heman appointed to serve in the musical worship of the tabernacle under King David.

Giddalti was one of the fourteen sons of Heman, the king's seer, who were appointed for the musical service of the sanctuary under David's arrangement. His name means 'I magnify God' or 'whom God has made great.' He was head of the twenty-second course of Levitical musicians, and his office, along with his brothers, was to sound the horn in the Levitical orchestra.
