Bakbukiah

☩Identity and Role
Bakbukiah was a Levite who dwelt in Jerusalem after the return from Babylon, described as 'second among his brethren.' He appears to have held leadership in the temple worship and is mentioned among those who returned with Zerubbabel and those who kept watch at the storehouses of the gates.
