A city in the territory of Zebulun, mentioned in the allotment of land to the tribes of Israel.
☩Location
Idalah was a city near the western border of Zebulun, mentioned between Shimron and Bethlehem in Joshua's division of the land. The Talmud identifies it with Churyeh, and some scholars connect it with the modern site of Khirbet el-Chuwara or el-Huwarah to the south of Beit Lachm.
