Eltekon

Eltekon was a city in the mountain district of Judah, mentioned after Maarath and Beth-anoth in the group north of Hebron. The exact site is uncertain, though some identify it with Deit Sahur el-Atikah southeast of Jerusalem. It may be the Altaqu mentioned in Assyrian inscriptions.
