Identity

Shelesh was the third of four sons of Helem, who was the brother of Shamer (or Shomer) in the tribe of Asher. He is listed among the 'choice and mighty men of valor, chief of the princes' in the Asherite genealogy. Beyond this genealogical notice, nothing further is known about him.
