Phallu (also spelled Pallu) was the second son of Reuben, Jacob's firstborn. He became the head of the Palluite family clan within the tribe of Reuben. His son Eliab was the father of Dathan, Abiram, and Nemuel, the first two of whom joined Korah's rebellion against Moses.
