Pelaliah was a priest, an ancestor of Adaiah who served in the restored temple after the Babylonian exile.

☩Priestly Lineage

Pelaliah son of Amzi was a priest and the father of Jeroham in the genealogy of Adaiah. Adaiah was among the priests who lived in Jerusalem and worked in the house of the Lord after the return from Babylonian captivity.
