Jerusha

Jerusha (also spelled Jerushah in 2 Chronicles 27:1) was the daughter of Zadok and the wife of King Uzziah of Judah, whom she appears to have survived. She was the mother of King Jotham, who succeeded his father after Uzziah was struck with leprosy (2 Kings 15:33; 2 Chronicles 27:1). The name means 'taken possession of' or 'married.'
