The name of two men: a Horite chief descended from Seir, and a Benjamite son of Jediael.

Horite Chief

The first Bilhan was a Horite chief, son of Ezer and grandson of Seir, dwelling in Mount Seir in the land of Edom.

Benjamite

Another Bilhan was a Benjamite, son of Jediael and father of seven sons who were heads of their fathers' houses. Through his son Ehud, he appears to have been descended from Benjamin's son Bela.
