Summary

Linen undergarments worn by the priests to ensure modesty during their service at the altar.

Priestly Garment

God commanded Moses to make linen breeches for Aaron and his sons to cover their nakedness while ministering at the altar. These garments extended from the waist to the thighs and were worn under the other priestly vestments. The command ensured dignity and modesty in worship, preventing any exposure when ascending to the altar.
