The Pathrusim were a people descended from Mizraim (Egypt), inhabitants of the region of Upper Egypt known as Pathros.

The Pathrusim are listed among the descendants of Mizraim, the son of Ham, in the Table of Nations. They represent the population of Pathros, which was Upper Egypt, the region south of Memphis extending to the border of Ethiopia. From this region came the Philistines and the Caphtorim.
