The Jehieli were a Gershonite Levite family, apparently named after their ancestor Jehiel, who were given oversight of the treasures of the house of the Lord (1 Chronicles 26:21-22). Their father Laadan had sons Jehieli and Zetham and Joel, who were over the treasures of the Lord's house.
