Summary

A reddish-brown or bay color, describing the horses in Zechariah's prophetic vision.

In Zechariah's Vision

In Zechariah's night vision, he saw 'a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees... and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white.' The Hebrew word rendered 'speckled' in KJV is translated 'sorrel' in other versions, describing a reddish-brown color.
