Diblath
/DIB-lath/
Summary
A place mentioned in Ezekiel's prophecy of judgment, probably the same as Riblah in the land of Hamath.
☩Identity
God declared He would make the land desolate 'from the wilderness toward Diblath.' Most scholars believe this is a scribal variation of Riblah, a significant city where Nebuchadnezzar established his headquarters and where Zedekiah was blinded.
