The daughter of Pedaiah of Rumah and mother of King Jehoiakim of Judah.

Zebudah was the wife of King Josiah and the mother of Eliakim (Jehoiakim), whom Pharaoh Necho placed on the throne of Judah after deposing Jehoahaz. She was from Rumah, a town in Galilee or possibly Judah.
