The firstborn son of Zebulun and head of the Sardite clan, who went down to Egypt with Jacob's family.
☩Family and Descendants
Sered was the first named of three sons of Zebulun, the son of Jacob and Leah. He went to Egypt with Jacob's household around 1864 BC. His descendants formed the family of the Sardites, one of the clans enumerated in the wilderness census.
