Identity

Jehoshuah appears in 1 Chronicles 7:27 in some editions as an alternate spelling of the name Joshua, who was the son of Nun and successor to Moses. The form Jehoshuah includes an extra 'h' at the end that was incorrectly added. The name means 'Yahweh is salvation.'
