☩Musical Service
Jaaziel was one of the Levites appointed by David to perform the musical service before the ark (1 Chronicles 15:18). His name appears to be contracted into Aziel in 1 Chronicles 15:20, and some scholars following the Septuagint identify him with Uzziel or Jeiel. He served among the musicians who played instruments at the solemn occasion of bringing the ark of the covenant to Jerusalem around 1014 BC.
