בְּעַלְיָה/bee-uh-LY-uh/
“Yahweh is Lord; remarkable as containing both Baal and Jah (Yahweh)”
☩Identity and Service
Bealiah was a Benjamite, one of Saul's own tribesmen, who joined David while he was still an outlaw at Ziklag. He was among the thirty heroes known for their exceptional ability to shoot arrows and sling stones with either hand. His defection from Saul's tribe demonstrated the growing recognition of David's divine appointment.
