Ulla was a descendant of Asher, possibly the son of Jether (or Ithran). He was the father of four sons who were esteemed among the valiant chiefs and mighty men of the tribe, serving as principal leaders. His lineage is recorded in the genealogical lists of Asher in Chronicles.
