A son of Ashur, the founder of Tekoa, from the tribe of Judah.

Family

Ahuzam was the first-named of the four sons of Ashur, who was called 'the father of Tekoa.' His mother was Naarah, one of Ashur's wives. His brothers were Hepher, Temeni, and Haahashtari. The genealogy places him among the descendants of Judah.
