What is Crusade Bible?

Crusade Bible is an ad‑free reader for the web and mobile using next.js and react native with the intention of being able to read and study the Word without the noise and distractions you may find elsewhere.

Where things stand

The web version is actively in progress, with basic auth and a reader on the way (readable Scripture, simple navigation, and a distraction‑free UI.)
The mobile app is nearly finished and will be submitted to the App Store soon, which includes more comphrensive set of features such as reader customisation and saving chapters/verses.
Anonymous by default for reading; create an account only if you want personalization.

Some future goals/ideas for the project

Strong’s Concordance & Red Letters: Clean, readable presentation with simple toggles.
Search: Quickly find passages across books, chapters, and verses.
Deep links and sharing: Share precise passages with links like /read?version=KJV&book=Gen&chapter=1&verses=15,18-20.
Notes: Add personal notes to verses.
More Bible versions: Ongoing work to add and improve available translations.
Resources for deliverance and prayer: Information and curated links that helps to go deeper in practice, not just reading.

I'm a solo dev so nothing above is promised until it ships, but this is the direction I’m building toward.
